Recipe 🌽 5 Ways to Cook Your Sweet Corn
There's more than one way to enjoy an ear of Casey Morgan's sweet corn!
On the stove
Place corn in a pot, and cover with cold water. Heat to boiling and cook uncovered for 2 minutes. Let the corn stand 10 minute before serving.
On the grill
Remove corn silk from the end of the cob and peel away the first layer of husk. Place ears directly on the grill, preheated to high, and cook for 15-20 minutes. We suggest turning your corn every 5 minutes or so.
In the oven
Trim off excess corn silk at the end of the cob, then place ears (husk on!) right on the rack in a 350° oven. Roast for 35 minutes and let cool a bit before removing the husks.
In an Instant Pot
Shuck and halve your ears, then place them vertically in the Instant Pot on top of the included trivet. Add 1 cup of water, and cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
Not a method we'd really recommend, but it can work as a last resort. Microwave one ear of corn (husk on) for 4 minutes. Carefully remove from the microwave, and cut off the bottom of the cob (stem end). Then just slip off the husk and silk.
